Friday 14 January 2022 New Year, New CEO for Horncastle Education Trust The start of the new year has seen a change of leadership at Horncastle Educational Trust following the retirement of co-founder and CEO Heather Payne. The trust’s former Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO Sandra James has taken over the role from Heather who is stepping down following a long and successful career in education spanning 38 years.
