Estate Assistant - Part-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Estate Team. If you enjoy a challenge and could help us to keep our school sites in tip top condition this could be the role for you. Responsibilities include site security, health and safety, overseeing activities of our cleaning team and hands-on repairs and maintenance. You will get to know our students and staff, along with the community groups who use our facilities for clubs.
This permanent post is for 15 hours per week, for a full year contract. Hours of work will be 7am to 10am weekdays, however, flexibility is required to provide team cover when necessary for full site opening hours, evening lettings and occasional weekend events. If you are a well organised individual and take pride in your work, we hope you will apply to join our team. The role is based at Banovallum School in Horncastle, however, occasional support will be required at other Trust schools and therefore the ability to drive is essential (mileage will be paid when travelling outside of Horncastle).
Salary: Grade G3 SCP06 £18,562 pro rata (actual salary £7,525)
